As a kid I always wanted to become a teacher. Every day after school I had my little sister sit through a whole class, where I taught her everything I had learned that day.
Life had other plans and I ended up working in tourism instead, what I really enjoy too. I get to meet all kind of people and use my language skills!
Couple of years ago I started to give German courses to my foreign friends. And just like that, more and more lovely people have started to learn German with me.
After couple of years I got some requests if I would also teach English. And I thought: Why not!
It’s important to me to create an atmosphere where my students dare to speak, feel safe to make mistakes and enjoy the process of learning a new language.
My classes are super flexible. We just do whatever it is that you wanna focus on. Do you wanna become a grammar pro? We get you there. Do you wanna learn as many words as possible? We do that. Do you just need someone you can practise your speaking skills with? I’m here for that too.

I’ve been taking German classes with Marina for a few months now, and I honestly couldn’t recommend her more. She’s a young, energetic, and incredibly engaging teacher who makes learning fun and effective. Every class is well thought out — she puts so much effort into preparing interesting materials and creative activities. We often play games and do interactive exercises that really help with understanding and remembering the language.

I have always wanted to learn German, but I never knew it would be this easy! When I got an internship place in Switzerland, I had to start learning and Marina made things so easy. I told her, that I want to be able to speak atleast a little bit and she tailored the course for me. Courses have went so smoothly as she is an amazing and really encouraging theacher! I’m sure I will stay on her courses even after my internship!
If you wanted to learn German, you couldn’t find a better teacher. After just a few lessons I could already feel the difference, and now, after a few months, other people notice it too.

I wasn’t looking forward to learn German but the way how Marina delivers the lessons makes me more open to continue learning and start speaking. She gives space & time to progress at the speed I want to. The lessons are structured and logical with the relaxed atmosphere at any convenient time for the students. We learn high German but she also highlights the differences between Swiss German & German whenever the learner wants to. We have an access to wide variety of useful material she creates. She is easygoing, helpful, very patient and the lessons with her are fun! 🙂 The fact that she is a native speaker enhances the lessons as well!

Marina has a very positive aura and energy about her, she’s incredibly motivating. And she has an incredible and very special way of connecting with people. She teaches in a very simple and entertaining way. Marina makes the impossible possible. Because Marina teaches like that, as soon as one lesson ends, I’m already looking forward to the next one.
